dj999's Commitment to Responsible Play
Keep the fun within limits — dj999 provides various protection tools and support to help you play safely and mindfully.
Gaming Is for Entertainment, Not Stress
At dj999, we believe that online betting and casino games should be a source of enjoyment — not a cause of financial hardship or mental stress. That is why we have placed responsible gambling culture at the heart of our platform. Our goal is for every player to enjoy themselves within their own means and limits.
Millions of people in Bangladesh seek entertainment through cricket, football, slots, or fishing games. dj999 supports that entertainment, but on one condition — it must be mindful, moderate, and planned. Problem gambling can harm a person's family, financial stability, and mental health. We are aware of this and are committed to standing by our players.
Below you will find the core principles of responsible play, our protection tools, and what to do if a problem arises.
We Are Always Ready for Your Safety
dj999 offers a number of practical tools to help you stay in control of your play.
Set Deposit Limits
Decide in advance how much you will deposit per day, week, or month. Setting a limit reduces the risk of overspending and keeps your budget protected.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to take a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. Temporarily suspend your account for a set period, clear your head, and then make your decision.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that play is going beyond your control, apply for self-exclusion. During this period your account will be completely inactive.
Loss Limit
Let betting stop automatically once you have lost a set amount — this loss limit protects you from larger losses.
24/7 Support Team
dj999's support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, ready to help in Bengali via live chat and email. Do not hesitate when you need help.
Age Verification System
dj999 strictly enforces the 21+ age rule. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited, and no transaction is completed until age verification is done.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone close to you, it may be a warning signal. Taking action in time is important.
Repeatedly betting to recover lost money Trying to make up losses by placing more bets after losing.
Unable to stop playing Being unable to quit gambling despite repeatedly deciding to do so.
Hiding it from family and friends A tendency to conceal gambling from loved ones.
Spending household or personal money on play Using money meant for everyday expenses on betting.
Finding no enjoyment outside of play Losing interest in anything other than online gambling.
Betting with borrowed money Taking on debt or asking others for money in order to gamble.
The Golden Rules of a Responsible Player
Following these principles will keep your gaming experience enjoyable and safe.
Set a budget Decide in advance exactly how much you will spend on entertainment each week or month.
Set a time limit Keep a limit on how long you play each day and log out when that time is up.
Do not treat it as income Do not think of betting as a source of financial income — it is a form of entertainment.
Keep a clear head Do not place large bets out of emotion or when you are feeling down; always make decisions calmly.
Take breaks Take regular breaks; avoid playing for long stretches without stopping.
Prioritise real life Family, work, and health — these are always more important than gambling.

dj999's Responsible Play Policy
dj999 is committed to creating a safe and fair betting environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption to keep your personal and financial information secure at all times. We never encourage you to bet beyond your limits.
We believe transparency with players is the foundation of the best relationship. That is why we clearly communicate bonus terms, wagering requirements, and payout information. The wagering on our 200% welcome bonus is only 10 times the bonus amount — not the total deposit.
We place special importance on ensuring that no minor can open an account on our platform. Anyone under 21 placing a bet is not only illegal but also ethically harmful. dj999 makes no compromise on this.
Payments through dj999 via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are transparent and secure. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500, making it possible to play on a limited budget with small amounts. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
The Role of Family and Loved Ones
If you have concerns about a family member's gambling habits, speak with them directly. dj999's support team can also assist families in managing a self-exclusion application on someone's behalf. We want every family to be happy and safe.
Mental Health and Gambling
Some people turn to gambling to escape stress, loneliness, or depression. But this is not a solution — it can make problems more complicated. Seek professional help for mental health issues and keep entertainment in its proper place. dj999 is always by your side — in good times and in difficult ones.
Play Safely, Play Within Your Limits
