Responsible Behaviour
Responsible Gambling
There are some common signs to be aware of — such as spending more than your budget, playing repeatedly to chase losses, hiding your gambling from family or friends, or neglecting other responsibilities to keep playing. If you notice any one of these signs, taking a break is the wise choice.

Yes, we offer cooling-off and self-exclusion options. If you feel you need a break, send a request via live chat or to [email protected] — our team will arrange a temporary or long-term suspension of your account for whatever duration you prefer.
Rewards & Benefits
VIP & Cashback
dj999 has a total of four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with additional benefits and a higher cashback rate. The more actively you play, the faster you move up to a higher tier.
The weekly cashback rate varies by VIP tier — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.5%, Gold: up to 0.8%, and Platinum: up to 1.0%. Each week, cashback is added to your account at the applicable rate based on your net losses.
Your VIP tier is determined by the volume and consistency of your play. The more regularly you play and bet at dj999, the faster you have the opportunity to move up from Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, and Gold to Platinum. Tier changes happen automatically.
In addition to cashback, members at higher VIP tiers get priority access to special offers and promotions, enjoy faster withdrawal services, and receive dedicated support. Platinum tier players receive the highest level of benefits and a personalised experience.
Cashback is added at regular intervals after reviewing each week's play records. Generally, the previous week's cashback is visible in your dj999 account at the start of the following week. Contact live chat to find out the exact schedule.
Promotions
Bonuses & Offers
No, the welcome bonus is available only once per account. It is given on the first deposit of new players. Attempting to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts risks account cancellation — this goes against our fair play policy.
A 200% bonus is added automatically on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳3,000. And depositing ৳6,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — a total of ৳11,000. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Each bonus has a specific validity period — generally the wagering must be completed within a few days of receiving the bonus. If the conditions are not met before expiry, the bonus may be cancelled. Use the account dashboard or live chat to check the validity of an active bonus.
The wagering requirement at dj999 is 10 times and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets (2,000 × 10). Once that amount has been wagered, any winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

Slot-Related Questions
For a limited budget, it's better to choose low-volatility slots — these pay out smaller wins more frequently, so it's easier to keep your balance going for longer. High-volatility slots offer the chance of bigger prizes but have longer gaps between wins. Before starting a game, keep the bet per spin at its minimum.
A demo mode is available for most slot games at dj999, where you can try out the game without using real money. It's a great way to get a feel for a new game and choose the ones you like. Winnings from demo mode cannot be withdrawn.
RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical percentage that indicates how much money can be expected back on average per ৳100 bet over the long term. For example, a higher RTP means the game returns comparatively more over the long run. However, it does not guarantee results for individual sessions — every spin is completely random.
In most slots, free spins can be obtained in two ways — a bonus round activates when a certain number of scatter symbols appear within the game, or dj999 offers free spins on specific slots as part of special promotions. Wagering requirements may apply to winnings from free spins.
Yes, the slot games at dj999 run on RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which determines the outcome of every spin in a completely random manner. The result of a previous spin does not influence the next spin in any way. This is the core foundation of ensuring fair play.
